Our email program is permission-based and separates essential account messages from optional marketing.

Permission
We do not buy, rent, scrape, or sell mailing lists. Marketing signup is optional and unchecked by default. The address becomes eligible only after the owner confirms it through an email link.
What we send
Transactional messages support account verification, password resets, applications, and requested services. Confirmed subscribers may also receive relevant carrier opportunities and service updates.
Unsubscribe and feedback
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link and one-click unsubscribe support. Requests take effect immediately in our sending system. Hard bounces are suppressed, and spam complaints stop marketing mail.
